Abstract
Pendahuluan : Rawat inap pada anak adalah proses yang memiliki rencana perencanaan atau keadaan darurat yang mengharuskan anak tinggal di rumah sakit, menjalani perawatan hingga kembali ke rumah. Rawat inap sebagian besar terjadi pada usia pra sekolah 3-6 tahun. Untuk mengurangi rasa takut pada anak-anak perlu dilakukan terapi bermain, salah satunya adalah terapi mewarnai untuk memainkan gambar. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi pewarnaan pada gambaran efek rawat inap pada anak prasekolah di IRNA1 RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain satu kelompok pre-post test. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Consecutive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon Rangestatribution. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini adalah efek negatif rawat inap sebelum intervensi 71,9%, dan efek rawat inap positif sebelum intervensi 28,1%. Sementara itu, setelah intervensi diberikan efek negatif rawat inap hingga 40,6%, dan efek rawat inap positif sebesar 59,4%. Uji statistik uji Wilcoxon Range dengan α = 0,05 menunjukkan nilai ρ nilai = 0,012 <α = 0,05 yang artinya Hô ditolak Ha diterima. Kesimpulan : Jadi dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh bermain terapi pewarnaan terhadap efek hosptalization. Kata kunci: Rawat Inap, terapi bermain gambar mawarnai, anak usia pra sekolah
